Cooking outdoors on open fire and enjoying amateur radio
One of my hobbies is cooking as well as amateur radio, I enjoy learning about different cooking methods and the science behind these methods and how to work with the ingredients using cast iron, open fire, slow cooking etc. So I’ve been hoping to combine amateur radio alongside making nice healthy (well mostly healthy) food.
My ideal portable radio trips involve cooking for a group of hungry radio operators and not just hot dogs and burgers 🙂
In the video I cook a Lamb Jalfrezi (or at least my take on it) on my open fire using a Kadai (a big cast iron dish) while tuning around 40m and 80m but having issues with 10m.
I would be very grateful if you could make a small donation to my paypal account, this helps me keep the channel running, many thanks https://www.paypal.me/2e0ezt
